Every empanada is hand-folded and baked to order using clean, high-quality ingredients — sourced locally here in Texas whenever possible — and time-honored Argentine recipes passed down through generations. We believe great food starts with what goes into it, and we're proud to support local Texas producers while staying true to the authentic flavors Agustina grew up with in Buenos Aires.
